We have now opened for matchmaking at TravelMatch 2026.

This is an interactive process, where both sellers/suppliers and buyers/media can send meeting requests to relevant partners. Those receiving such a request, has to log into the database and either accept or reject the request. Accepted requests shall automatically be included in the meeting calendar for both parties.

It is important to respond to any meeting requests as soon as possible, since they shall be blocking a time slot in the calendar. Unhandled request shall automatically be deleted after 3 days.

We expect a large number of prebooked meetings, although it is also possible to supplement this with additional meetings during the event, and there are also multiple options for mingling and networking.
